Stüssi Neves experience began in 1977 with a focus on German-speaking countries (Germany, Switzerland and Austria), since a limitation was observed in the market’s capacity to provide legal services in that language, as well as other intercultural issues.
With the passage of time and as the office grew, companies from other countries also began to rely on this differentiated service, such as Italian, Japanese, Mexican, North American and Spanish companies.
Thus, Stüssi-Neves has become an important partner of foreign companies operating in Brazil, providing all the legal services a company needs in order to do business with and/or in Brazil through supply, representation and distribution agreements, or through a specially incorporated or existing subsidiary. We act on the setting up of subsidiaries, the acquisition of existing Brazilian companies, or through joint ventures.
